zodiacal-subdivisions-workbench-1.0.0 accepts one finite tropical longitude for each of the seven traditional planets. It normalizes each longitude, derives the sign and degree within that sign, and resolves both subdivision systems independently.
Deterministic bounds contract
- The Egyptian table contains five unequal intervals in every sign and sixty intervals in total.
- Each interval is lower-inclusive and upper-exclusive.
- The bound output preserves ruler, start, end, degrees into, degrees remaining, and whether the planet owns that bound.
- The Sun and Moon can occupy bounds but never rule an Egyptian bound in this table.
Deterministic faces contract
- Each sign contains three equal ten-degree faces and the zodiac contains thirty-six faces.
- The global sequence begins with Mars at zero Aries and repeats Mars, Sun, Venus, Mercury, Moon, Saturn, Jupiter.
- The face output preserves ruler, decan, start, end, boundary distances, and whether the planet owns that face.
Validation and provenance
The workbench rejects incomplete planet sets and non-finite longitudes. Generated reports freeze all seven placements, the complete twelve-sign reference, counts, workbench and source-rule versions, the endpoint statement, and an explicit absent score.
