Monthly profection normalization
annual-profections-2.1.0 computes the current annual profection first, then divides its exact UTC start-to-end duration by twelve. Index zero begins at the annual place. Each index advances one sign and Whole Sign house; the sign’s traditional domicile ruler is the monthly lord. Fractional boundaries remain full ISO timestamps and are never rounded for calculation.
