Begin with the natal and annual frame

The natal chart remains the foundation. Annual profection identifies the activated Whole Sign place and time lord; the subordinate monthly profection refines that annual frame. Releasing and Decennials add other clocks, but neither replaces natal promise, the annual place, or the condition of the planets administering each period.

Read the four systems separately

• Profections: identify the annual and subordinate monthly places and lords.
• Fortune releasing: preserve three active sign periods from the Lot of Fortune.
• Spirit releasing: preserve a separate three-level chronology from the Lot of Spirit.
• Decennials: preserve the active major and subordinate planetary periods under the disclosed apheta convention.

Repeated lords are convergence, not a total

When one planet administers more than one active lane, record every role by name. Repetition can focus the astrologer’s inspection on that planet’s natal condition, places, configurations, and current movement. It does not prove that the planet is strongest, favorable, harmful, or event-producing.

• Confirm the saved nativity and inspection instant.
• Read the annual and monthly profection frame.
• Inspect Fortune releasing and Spirit releasing as distinct chronologies.
• Inspect the Decennials major and subordinate periods under the visible apheta policy.
• Name repeated lords and every role they hold.
• Return to each lord’s natal condition and current movement before forming a contextual judgment.
